Hi Mark;

Excellent plugin! One small suggestion, if I may: I have posts organized in categories/subcategories, and I want to see posts listed only in subcategories, not in parent category (creates duplicate listings)...

Cheers,

After your reply I loaded your plugin on a separate site and the create site map page feature worked perfectly. No problem. So my earlier problem may have been some anomalous conflict with another plugin.

Hi Jon,
Thank you. I notice the text on the settings page is missing the exclamation mark. I will fix this is the next release. Thanks.
The create page feature seems to work though. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please provide the steps I could use to replicate the fault you are seeing.
Thanks,
Mark.

Hi James,
Thanks for using the plugin. To format the heading text, you'll need to include the HTML format tags as well. So, for example...
blog_title='<h2>Most Viewed Posts</h2>'
I hope this is what you were asking.
Thanks,
Mark.

Nice plugin! Just thought I'd let you know that on the Settings page as well as the "Create Page" feature use the trigger text instead of the required of the required <!-- toc-creator -->. Had me scratching my head for awhile. Thanks for a great plugin.

Hi. Great plugin! Just one question though; I'm trying to display two different TOC's on the same web site. One on the front page with just the latest few posts, and a second full site amp on it's own separate page.

What I can't workout is how the option for changing the "Blog Title" text should be formatted. At the top of the source code it says:
'blog_title' => '' . __('Blog Posts', 'tocc') . '',
so I have tried:
blog_title=Blog Posts
which works but without any of the formatting.

So my question is how do I include the tags in the "blog_title" option override?

Thanks, James

Hi Cavin. I know this is an old questions, and I apologize for not getting to it any earlier. Yes this is possible, but it is not that straight forward.
Configure TOC to display blog posts only and add the tocc tag <!-- toc-creator --> to your page. Rhen under this tag, add another instance off tocc as follows: <!-- toc-creator show_blog=|show_static=yes>. Cheers, Mark.

Hi Simco,
Under the FAQs section of this page, there is a question called "Can I display more than one TOC with different options?". This shows how you can override options at an instance level. Use the "show_static=" option to disable static pages.
Please let me know if this is not what you require.

Sorry for the delay in my reply. I have been working VERY hard on a new piece of software and have not had any spare time. Now that it is released, I can stop neglecting my website :)
Under "General Options", tick on the option called "Hide children by default". This will hide sub categories.
If you want to hide the main categories, under "General Options", tick off "Separate lists". This will create a single entry for your blog that can then be expanded and collapsed.
Hope this helps.
